In Winter, the Core Crew works full time typically from 2 AM - 2 PM, when it snows. The On Call Crew works as needed and offers more schedule flexibility. The biggest difference is pay, where the core crew is paid a weekly rate whether it snows or not while the on-call crew is paid hourly at a lower rate than the core crew. If you work on the core crew, we require reliability for snowfalls.
